I Am A Woman Too

Differently abled, in my disability not entangled.
I may not do it as quick or by the book but with every attempt I invalidate the notion that I am damaged.
Limitations resound a call of courage that keep me focused.
With optimism I cease all opportunities life has dangled.
In a world of darkness, myself I encourage.
Fearlessly I engage and my hinderances I reshape.
Ambition is my state as inner persuasion fuels my race.
I stage my scars as an emblem of my fate.
Defying stereotypes is a mission for all my days.
Jaws droping at the sight of my pregnancy Is still a disgrace.
Society’s ignorance on display, a notion I strive to replace.
An intensive comprehension of our functionality is a revolution I long to embrace.
I am a woman too, time will engrave
My story’s native is that nothing about me was ever a mistake.
With my milestones that I daily indicate.
I am no doubt the creator’s duplicate, differently abled woman’s advocate.
